For those guests coming in from out of town:

Below is a list of hotels in the immediate area of the wedding for those guests coming in from out of town. Keep in mind that there are many hotels to choose from that are located closer to the tourist area (Disney, Universal), which is approximately 20-30 minutes from downtown Orlando where the wedding will take place. Guests are more than welcome to search for a more appropriate hotel location to cater to what they will be doing during the rest of their time spent in Florida.

The average rate without the wedding discount is around $200-225 per night. We reserved a 10 room block for $169/room, available to everyone first come first served. While there are the typical activities to do like Disney, Universal, Seaworld, and a variety of water parks, there is a multitude of different activities to do while visiting the sunshine state. Listed below are just a few things.

Wekiva Springs: state park that offers visitors the opportunity to relax in a natural setting, enjoy a picnic, or take a swim in the cool spring. Canoeists and kayakers can paddle along the Wekiva River and Rock Springs Run. Thirteen miles of trails provide opportunities for hiking, bicycling, and horseback riding. Food and Wine Festival at Epcot (something I look forward to every year that I can’t do without!)

Park Avenue: Central Florida’s shopping, dining, and cultural showcase, Park Ave boasts more than 140 boutiques, sidewalk cafes, and museums. Downtown Orlando Farmers Market:
A beautiful backdrop of Lake Eola, a centralized location of Downtown Orlando, a host of high-rise condominiums and downtown residents have made the Orlando Farmer's Market's newest location at East Central Blvd and North Eola Drive a great success!  

As the Orlando Farmer's Market enters its 25th year, it is growing leaps and bounds as it continues adding many new vendors, a brand new wine and beer garden, live entertainment, an outdoor dining area, and themed Sundays to promote pet-friendly, family-friendly, food and wine as well as arts in the park programs.

Winter Park Farmer’s Market:
Helf at the old train depot that has been resotred into a historical landmark that hosts the number one produce and plant market in Central Flroida. The market takes place every Saturday morning from 7 am to 1 pm, and is a popular community gathering place that provides fine produce, plants, baked goods and much more!
